This Privacy Policy explains how SKY DESIGN MEDIA SRL (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when merchants install and use the Buton Retragere Shopify app.

1. Information We Collect
When you install and use the app, we may collect or access information required to operate the app, including:
- Your store name, .myshopify.com domain, and store URL.
- App installation status, installation date, and the selected app plan, such as Free, Start, Pro, or other available plans.
- The affiliate or partner referral code used to install the app, if applicable.
- App settings, including form configuration, texts, fields, colors, links, buttons, and display preferences.
- Theme or page integration settings required to display the withdrawal form in the online store.
- Information submitted through the withdrawal form, such as order number, name, email address, phone number, IBAN, withdrawal reason, notes, and submission date, depending on the fields enabled by the merchant.
- Limited order data, if order verification is enabled, only to the extent necessary to identify and validate the withdrawal request.
- Email notification or SMTP settings, if configured by the merchant.
We do not intentionally collect or store customer payment information through the app.
2. How We Use Information
We use the collected information only to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the app, including to:
- Display and manage the withdrawal form in the merchant’s online store.
- Save app settings and customize the form based on the merchant’s preferences.
- Verify orders and display withdrawal requests in the dashboard, where this functionality is available.
- Send notifications to the merchant or customer, if notifications are enabled.
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and prevent misuse of the app.
- Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the app.
- Track installs generated through affiliate or partner links when the app is installed through such a link.
3. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored only for as long as necessary to provide the app services, support, security, internal reporting, or to comply with legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, loss, or unauthorized disclosure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent merchant, customer, or store data. We may share limited information only when necessary to operate the app, provide support, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, or work with trusted service providers that process data on our behalf.
If a merchant installs the app through an affiliate or partner link, we may share limited attribution information with that affiliate or partner, such as the store name, store domain, installation status, installation date, and selected app plan. We do not share merchant email addresses, owner names, customer data, order data, withdrawal requests, payment information, billing information, revenue, access tokens, or other sensitive data with affiliates or partners.
5. Third-Party Services
The app uses Shopify APIs and may rely on third-party services for hosting, databases, email, analytics, security, or support that are necessary for app functionality. These services process information only to the extent necessary to help us operate the app.
6. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants using the app are responsible for informing their own customers about the collection and processing of data submitted through the withdrawal form. We recommend that merchants include appropriate information in their own privacy policy and store terms.
7. Merchant Rights and Data Requests
Merchants may request access to the data associated with their store, or request correction or deletion of that data, by contacting us at the email address below. If the app is uninstalled, we will delete stored store data within a reasonable period, unless we are legally required to retain it for a longer period or retention is necessary to protect our legitimate rights.
8. International Transfers
Depending on the technical providers used, some data may be processed or stored outside the country where the merchant is located. Where required, we use reasonable safeguards to protect data in accordance with applicable requirements.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means acceptance of the updated policy.
